Style

Our windows are manufactured from the Spectus Elite range of profiles. We can offer Elite 70 in both the bevelled and ovolo suites, as well as the Elite 63 bevelled suite which can provide slimmer sightlines and is available both externally and internally glazed. These profiles are available in a myriad of colour options including the standard White, Rosewood and Light Oak, and are also available in the Spectrum range of foils, giving a selection of over 60 choices so your windows will suit any style of property.

Glass

All of our uPVC products use a 28mm Glass unit as standard, and can be supplied to meet either an A or C Window Energy Rating (WER).

Glass is available annealed, toughened and laminated and can be clear or patterned for privacy. More specialised options such as triple-glazed, self cleaning and anti-sun are also available. A wide range of decorative options are available including Georgian Bar, square or diamond Leading, traditional style astragal bar, bevels and colours.

Performance

Our sealed units and frames meet exacting standards of build quality. As such they are available as A rated with full steel reinforcing. This means we can offer a 10 year guarantee on UPVC and an incredible 25 year guarantee on aluminium! Flush glazing provides improved Window Energy Ratings and an enhanced finish. Tilt & Turn system allows the window to be tilted inwards for ventilation or hinged inwards to allow cleaning from the inside.

Safety

As well as a barrier to the elements, any good window should provide a barrier to anyone trying to gain entry. Our windows offer high security locks and can be manufactured to PAS24 for which we are certified. Our elite 70 Casement is also accredited by Secured by Design, the official police security initiative.

Aluminium Windows

Our range of windows are compatible with a range of accessories, locking mechanisms and are available in a wide range of colours and finishes that comply with all relevant British and/or European standards. Compliance with Document L for thermal transmittance applies. Smart's window systems offer excellent weather performance/ratings in accordance with the requirements of British Standards. BSI test certificates and BSI Kitemark test reports, where applicable, are available on request.
